E-Market

Faculty and staff can use E-Market to purchase products and some services by using the shopping process. The order will be sent to the supplier using a system generated Purchase Order (PO).

Come January 2026, Workday Purchasing will replace E-Market. Any non-student employee will have access to Workday Purchasing. Selected punch out catalogs from E-Market (below) will be available on January 5th. The purchasing office will continue to add catalogs throughout the year. Purchasing will communicate the plan for purchasing from non-migrated catalogs shortly. Please email bmcemarket@brynmawr.edu with any concerns.

  • WB Mason

E-Market users will be able to requisition from the punchout catalogs in E-Market and issue Non-catalog Purchase Orders through December 5th.  Please plan ahead to order items you know you will be able to receive in 2025. If you have an emergency purchase order to place after December 5th, please email bmcemarket@brynmawr.edu to discuss. Users can enter receipts and non-PO invoices through December 15th. This date has not changed from the typical end of calendar year deadlines. Find these Important Dates on the Workday site and sign up for Workday Training to prepare for purchasing in January.
