Concert Artist Series presents: VIVA VOCE

Sunday, September 28, 3 p.m. The Concert Artist Series presents VIVA VOCE conducted by Nathan Zullinger Thomas Lloyd: Life Time and What are years Steven Gerber: Ceremony After a Fire Raid Dale Trumbore: Footnotes to a History of Music Ingrid Arauco: Peace (world premiere) Charles Fussell: Infinite Fraternity David Pegg: Wondrous Love This program features the 18 singers of Viva Voce with flutist Susanna Loewy and violist Hannah Nicholas. Members of the ensemble will be featured as soloists on several works. Three composers on this program have ties to Haverford, including Steven Gerber, Thomas Lloyd, and Ingrid Arauco, who has written a new work based on the poetry of Gerard Manley Hopkins. This concert will be held in the Michael Jaharis Recital Hall. Free tickets for the tri-college community will be available at the door. Information: hc-concerts@haverford.edu
